Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders within the EU.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders shipped outside the EU are not eligible for returns.

To register a return, please contact support@kutadistancelab.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size, contact us before returning your item.

For a different style, please return your order and place a new order online.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
